M.COSTA Return & Refund Policy

M.COSTA accepts returns of both defective and non-defective items. To request a return, contact marloncst1992@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Non-defective items, including returns for change of mind or styling preference, must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Opening the packaging for reasonable inspection does not make an item ineligible for return.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for review even if the reported issue prevents them from meeting the undamaged or original-condition requirements. Please retain the original packaging when possible. Damage caused after delivery by use, washing, alteration, or mishandling is not covered.

Please contact M.COSTA before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Approved refunds will be processed after review and, when required, receipt and inspection of the returned item. Replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be provided after review.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for both defective and non-defective items, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any original shipping charge will also be refunded if a refund is approved for an affected order.
